Product Returns - Cloudstix

All products are manufactured to the highest possible standards and using the latest available technologies. We are therefore confident that your Cloudstix electronic cigarette will be received without faults.

However, should any part of your order be faulty in any way, please send it back to us within 30 days of your receipt, including all parts, instructions, accessories and packaging. Our Technical Department will inspect the product on receipt to confirm the fault and we will then offer you the choice of either a full refund (including any postage you have paid), or a new replacement (where we will meet the new delivery cost on your behalf).

Important Note: Batteries and Atomisers are consumable goods. This means that they will always need replacement over time.

Batteries are expected to last on average 8 to 12 weeks.

Atomisers are expected to last on average 3 to 6 weeks.
These times will vary depending on level of usage. 

Our Technical Department will examine returned Atomisers for evidence of repeated use. In the event that a returned Atomiser is seen to have been used regularly, then the 30 day money back guarantee will not apply.
